We use a comprehensive property management software. Property owners can log on to a secure portal to view all tenant payments, requests, maintenance, billing, management fees and a monthly statement.

We have extensive experience in all aspects of property maintenance and construction. We perform the maintenance, repairs, lawn care, snow removal and cleaning in-house, which results in a significant savings to you. If there is any part of the property maintenance/upkeep that you would like to do yourself to save money, we are happy work with you.
We also have a proven preventative maintenance program that will save you major expenses in the future. At Sterling Property Management, we have the experience, knowledge and tools needed to prevent costly emergency repairs and keep your units profitable.
